5 Stars, no hesitation. We had a sewage leak and called another company first (Pickle Septic & Plumbing) - Their Tech smoked in our yard and left their cigarette butts behind. Very unprofessional.

Then we called Precision Services and it was night and day. They actually found the real problem: our 2hp grinder pump had failed, and we had a 1,000+ gallon concrete tank buried in the yard that had apparently never been pumped - packed full of solids, which is what killed the pump in the 1st place. They cleaned everything out, excavated the buried tank, pumped it, and replaced the grinder pump. Thorough, Hones, and they explained it all clearly. Cross and Garrett came out to my house today and did an outstanding job!! My AC unit was making noise…they diagnosed it, checked on my warranty, got the parts and made it happen!! They communicated well through the whole process. Best part of all…my dog LOVED them, and everyone knows dogs are a great judge of character, so that should tell you all you need to know!
